This is coaching app was developed for a sales team of a world renowned company which is existing for decades and have its presence worldwide.
The sales management team was having difficulties in monitoring the readiness level of the sales personnel across the globe and to ensure whether they were provided with the training in the correct direction to achieve the sales targets in the desired way.
This app allows the supervisors to coach their direct reports, monitor their progress, assign action items, track and close the action items to completion. The readiness levels of the direct reports are derived based on a predefined questionnaire and based on the readiness level, the methodology of coaching will be instructed upon.
The various data analytics reports provide the required statistics for the management at any point of time.
