This is HR Management application caters to all the HR needs. This is an Access Controlled Application with separate menu accesses for admin and staff users. Employees Attendance tracking can be done either using a Kiosk, QR Scanning or using Face Recognition method. Holiday list updation facility is available. Facility to pull down the attendance list over a time period is available.
Leave Management system allows the employees to apply leave and get it approved from the supervisor. Employees can view their available and balance leave count from the app. Employees shall update their effort utilized against the respective tasks. The tasks shall be tagged against projects, Task IDs, Phase of SDLC etc. Excel reports are available which extracts the time sheet data, which can be used for management purposes.
